For what it's worth, I don't think you'll learn great English by watching Graham Norton.
I hear "and you do warm impressions". By the way, I've read that to some people Graham still sounds Irish. It is likely that it is difficult to understand him without taking into account his fast way of speaking?He says (very quickly) "and you do ... impressions of lots of people".
It's definitely not "warm impressions". It could be "work impressions", whatever that may mean.I hear "and you do warm impressions".
He is Irish, but he does not sound typically Irish. I think he tries to speak with a neutral accent, but to anyone familiar with Irish English, his accent would be readily identifiable as Irish.By the way, I've read that to some people Graham still sounds Irish.
