I just listened to it ten times. I'm very familiar with his particular London accent but I'm not completely certain about everything he says. This is my best guess.

If I were nearer, though, you'd be able to hear me, wouldn't you?


It's a disguised threat of physical violence towards Jeremy. That's why the challenge I beg your pardon? from JK, and the You heard, that follow.
 
I believe he says "now" instead of "though". But I had to listen multiple times, because he speaks so fast that he swallows some syllables.

I'm American, but I lived in London for many years, so I'm somewhat familiar with the local accents there, but what he said was very difficult for me to understand.
