We say "Good luck on your trip" so I don't see why we can't use "on" with "travels". I think the word "with" might also work.

on is the preferable preposition here.

Without attempting to go into too deep an explanation, I would ask you to think about how we use on to say:

on a trip
on a journey
on the way somewhere

There is an idea of a route from A to B, upon which on marks a conceived point.

I think any one would work, but I would use "on", and just a note on using "with". In a certain context the expression "good luck with" can refer to a certain obstacle or potential problem in achieving a result as in, "Good luck with winning the lottery".
