Do you say "give me a buzz"? As far as I know it means "call me back", so I think it's good to know a new expression.

Yes, but it simply means "Telephone me". It's not necessarily a call back.
"If you're interested in going to the concert, give me a buzz."
 
As a variation, you could use give me a bell or bell me in BrE. I don't know if these would work in other variants.
 
No, sir. Not here. If you'd said "give me a bell" I'd be totally confused. But I'm glad to have one more UK phrase I'm likely to recognize now!
