I am wondering what preposition is correct after the adjective "picky". Is my sentence correct?

Gina was so picky about who she was going to marry and who was going to father her child that she ended up unmarried and childless.

The preposition "about" is correct. The sentence can be rewritten in a more compact way. Try again.

Would these versions be OK?

1. Gina was so picky about her future husband and the father of her child that she ended up unmarried and childless.
2. Gina was so picky in choosing her future husband and the father of her child that she ended up unmarried and childless.

Those can potentially imply you're talking about three adults. I was thinking of, for example,

Gina was so picky about who she would marry and have children with that she ended up unmarried and childless.
