:up: There are many possibilities: /u:/, /ʊ/, /ju:/, /jʊ/, /eu:/, /eʊ/, /eɪu:/, /eɪʊ/...and using only English phonemes may not be appropriate anyway. I agree that the only way is to ask the person.
