There are a few problems with your post. The most important ones are:

1) You have used no capitalisation. It's important to start every new sentence with a capital letter. You can click on "Edit Post" and make corrections to the capitalisation.

2) Although you have put the phrase "Get wound up" in the title, your full question should appear in the body of the post. For example, your actual post should read something like "Hello everyone. Could you please tell me what "to get wound up" means?"

Have you tried to find out the meaning yourself already? Which dictionaries or online resources have you checked?
