The majority of people will say "to have a heart attack". Why do some people say "to get a heart attack"? Would there be any difference?

I have never heard anyone say "to get a heart attack". Where have you heard that?

"That's why we need to develop this so-called' risk factor package " so we could better predict who might get a heart attack."

OR

"Yet, she says, " I was always working so that my husband wouldn't get a heart attack."

These are examples from COCAE.

I'm very surprised and would consider them incorrect.
