Hi everone.
What does "get to someone" mean, exactly? For example:

1. They got to me
2. They're getting to us
3. It gets to me.

Thanks a milion.

In this context, it means to bother, or make upset - cause a negative emotional response.

I agree about the emotional response, but it not always negative. "I watched a commercial about starving children. Those kids really got to me."

As always, context makes all the difference.

Each one of your example sentences needs a full stop at the end. Also note the correct spelling of "everyone".

It means "to annoy, to upset, to get under your skin"
eg. She knows I don't like singing but she kept asking me to sing and that really got to me.

In fact, each one of those might mean something different, depending on context.

Let's add affect to the list of synonyms. ;-)
