I've got you set up in town. Our old place.

What does "get somone set up" mean?

In this context, it means a place to live, as Piscean has already explained. However, it could also be used to mean something like 'I have arranged for everything you need to start this job/project/task'.

"Don't worry about any supplies. I've got you all set up and ready to start when you show up."
