No, it is not a word, use "authenticity".

:up: I've heard (and used), and seen in some dictionaries, 'genuineness' (pronounced with a brief hiatus between the /n/ of 'genuine' and the /nəs/) . But not every one is happy with it, and it's safer to do as bhaisahab suggests - particularly as this is the word Microsoft use in this context ('Certificate of Authenticity').
