Hi teachers. May I know which tense should I use (Future Perfect or Future Simple) in this question: "I _______ (be) 18 years old by the end of this month."?

You "will be" eighteen years old by the end of this month.

Congratulations and good luck. :)

Thank you probus ;-)

I will be eighteen by the end of this month.
I will have been eighteen for ten days by/at the end of this month. (For example, I could say that today if I were seventeen and if my birthday were on the 21st of January.)

Thank you very much indeed :)
