And where does the "future perfect" of your title enter into it? The main clause is in the simple future 'tense'.

The header should be read as Simple Future Tense.

I’d go for,

Alan will definitely make a lot of money if he invested wisely.

Alan will definitely make a lot of money if he has invested wisely.
