"for me to know for you to find out " ?

Can someone tell me the meaning of the phrase :" for me to know for you to find out "

It seems to be very simple but I wonder if there are other meanings behind it.

This happens when I asked a friend a question, and that was what she shot back at me. She definitely has the answer, but why she uses the "for me to know" ?
