a. That is bold talk for a little boy!
b. That is bold talk coming from a little boy!
c. That is bold talk, coming from a little boy!
d.That is bold talk from a little boy!
e. That is bold talk, from a little boy!

Which mean
1. That is bold talk and it is coming from a little boy.
and which mean
2. That is bold talk when it is spoken by a little boy. (It wouldn't be bold if certain other people said it)
?

In the famous western movie 'True Grit' one character says: "I call that bold talk for a one-eyed fat man'. The meaning obviously is that it wouldn't be bold talk if it came from certain other people.

"That is bold talk coming from a little boy."

That one was probably doing what used to be called backtalk -- something that could get him a spanking. (Or maybe sent to bed without supper.)

I don't know what the one-eyed fat man said, but it was probably fighting words.

All your sentences except sentence e seem all right.

They all mean the same thing. Considering it's a little boy who's saying it, it's bold talk.

It may or may not be bold talk if an adult says it. We don't know what the boy said.

He threatened to kill the criminal or take him in for trial.
