When we want to compliment someone on her / his English,
can we say "you got fluent English written and spoken skills"?

When we want to compliment someone on her / his English,
can we say "you got fluent English written and spoken skills"?

Please help

"You have got fluent written and spoken English skills ..." or "You have fluent ..."
This is not so much a compliment as a statement of fact, if it's true.
A compliment might be, "Wow, your written and spoken English is great!", "I really like your English. You must have worked hard on it!"
