[Grammar] fix up

Could I say "I will fix up you a meeting with president." or "I will fix up a meeting with president for you."?

fix up = arrange ?
 
Could I say "I will fix up you a meeting with president." or "I will fix up a meeting with president for you."?

fix up = arrange ?
Why not use "arrange"? It seems more appropriate. "I'll fix up a hooker for you, if you like" is a better context for that term.
