Dear everyone,

I am going to quit my job, and I want to send a message to my boss for saying thanks to him. This is my letter:
"Dear Sir,

This may be the last mail I send you.
No word can describe my sorrow now when I have to say goodbye to you and everyone in QC-Water Dept.
In one year, I had wonderful memories here.
You gave me more than I can repay. You taught me many things, gave me a vision, trusted me, offered me projects. And now I'm leaving without finishing them. It is one of the biggest regrets in my life.
But as once you said, It's time I have to "pursuit and live with my own dream".
I wish all the best to you and everyone here, hope that all your dreams will come true.
It's my honour and pleasure to work with you.
Thank you for all.

Farewell my boss."
May anyone help me to check the letter for more grammatically, please. And if you don't mind please help me to choose a subject for it.
Thank you very much.

Say:

I want to send a letter to my boss expressing my gratitude for all he has done for me.

(Perhaps: "You're a good boss." Or maybe not.)
