Hi everyone

Is this sentence correct?
Everything is easy if they are practiced.
I mean is it correct to use ‘they’ to refer back to ‘everything’?

While "it" (and "is") can make that sentence grammatical, it would still be unnatural. Try for example:
Everything is easy with practice.

It's not. Thing is singular, so everything is singular. Think of it as two words: Every thing is easy if it is practiced.

To pluralize, you could say: All things are easy if they are practiced.

English4everyone, note that I have changed your thread title. Titles should include some/all of the words/phrases/sentences you are actually asking us about.

I wonder whether the following works: 1) Everything is easy if practiced.2) All things are easy if practiced. Both appear to be very clear to me. But I am not absolutely sure.

Yes, they work.
