Choose a topic that interests you.
I mean, don't decide to write about quantum physics unless that's what really makes you tick.
After you have a topic you like in mind, Google the phrase "how to write an evaluation essay" and check out what some of the results say.
Then, make an attempt to write an essay and post it here. Someone will probably have the time to help you but don't expect anyone here to write it for you. That's your job.
