Could you correct it,please?
Task :The avarage British child between the ages of 4 and 15 watches more than 20 hours of television a week. Studies show she/he only spends about 7 hours per week on physical exercise. How does it compare with the situation in your country.? How can parents make sure children get enough exercise?
All over the world children spend much time before the televison and less time on physical exercise. Many parents think that televison is a good entertaintment for their children, because it transmit wide choose od broadcasts.
In my country children watch tv very much. They spend many hours before that or before the computer. They think that what they see in the films or series is good, but in the real world it doesn´t exist. They watch many food advertisement, for example chips, Crips, chocolate ads, and they want to eat them. However, these are mainly unhealthy. Children have these food for dinner or lunch, but after that they don´t do exercises. The food include much fat and sugar, which is not as bis problem as a child sporting. Nowdays, children are ,,couch potatoes ´´ . They don´t want to do sports, because they are lazy and confident. They think that PI is enough at school.
Parents can improve their children to get enough exercise. They have to show their children the importance of exercises. They can playinj together outdoor, such as playing footbal or cycling. This case children are going to like sport, they want to do it alone. Another think, children can join to the sport clubs, where he/she find new friends and feel he /she is good in something.
To sum up, sport is very important in every age, expecially in the young age. Parent have to be role models for their children, and they follow them to do exercises
