Which sentence is correct?
1. My family and i saw a burglar enter my neighbour's house.
Or
2. My family and i saw a burglar entered my neighbour's house.
Or
3. My family and i saw a burglar was entering my neighbour's house.

Which sentence is correct?
1. My family and I saw a burglar enter my neighbour's house.

That's grammatical, but consider using "break into" instead of "enter."
#2 and #3 are incorrect.
Also, are you sure you're an English teacher?
