"Inquiries" is the right word.

That is a British way of expressing the idea.

In the United States, we say
"Please let me know if you have any questions."

"Enquiry" is still the standard British English spelling as far as I know. Though we are getting pretty used to "inquiry".

(I think "questions" or "queries" would be more natural here in British English as well.)

I agree, we use the British spelling here too. An enquiry is a question, an inquiry is a formal juridical investigation, in Canada.

Though I've always wanted to reverse the two. I like "inquiry" for question, but I know the norms are otherwise.
