What is the best way of ending an application letter to the host family where I'd like to stay as an au pair? My idea is to say sg like "I hope we can harmonize our needs" (I don't know if it exists) or "I hope we meet each other's expectations".

I understood the first but prefer the second.

Isn't it too formal?I wanted to sound informal.

I don't find that overly formal. Your first version was more formal.
