I need to write an email to my Client like sending some reports weekly wise. so I follow below the line.

So can have some different lines :)

Hi Team,

We have placed the report in the below path
or
We have completed the report and placed the same in the below link
or


Path: Location

Have a look and let us know if you need any further assistance.

Both of your statements about the report location are unnatural. And.why would your address a client as "Hi Team"?

How about: Please have a look at the report: [link to report].

That's all you need to say.
