either clause- preposition must?

Interview will be conducted either in Mumbai or in Chennai.

Does it work without underlined preposition in "either" clause?

You need one "in" at least.

You could say:

"... either in Mumbai or Chennai."
"...in either Mumbai or Chennai."

Or your original sentence.
 
The sentence should begin 'The interview will be conducted...' or 'Interviews will be conducted...'
