Which of the following sentences are grammatically correct?

1-Each of the members has finished his work.
2-Each of the members have finished their work.
3-Each of the members have finished his work.

4-The members each has finished his work.
5-The members each have finished their work.
6-The members each have finished his work.

7-The members have each finished his work.
8-The members have each finished their work.
9-The members has each finished his work.


10-The ten captains had each finished his work.
11-The ten captains had each finished their work.
12-The ten captains had each an achievement of his own.
13-The ten captains had each an achievement of their own.
 
Someone, please reply.
 
I think 1,5,8 and 11 are grammatical.
 
Okay, out of 12 and 13, isn't any one correct?
 
I would accept as grammatical both 1 and 2.

Also: 8 and 11. Possibly 13.
 
You have not opted any one from 4,5 and 6. Should I understand from this that we shouldn't use "each" before helping verb?
