Hi All,

I am interested in joining a company. I sent to the chairman and the Chief Marketing Officer and the Chief Operating Officer. I did that because my passion of joining the company and I never expected that all of them will respond to my mails.

I am sending the CEO who previously was the CMO to tell him that I did so due my passion. Can I say the following:

"As you aware, I sent you, Ahmed and mohamed due to my passion and you excited me as all of you have replied and offer support"

Your sentence doesn't work at all. Try this:

As you are aware, I [STRIKE]sent[/STRIKE] contacted you, Ahmed and Mohamed [STRIKE]due to my passion[/STRIKE] because I was so eager to work at [company]. [STRIKE]and you excited me as[/STRIKE] I am delighted that all of you have replied and offered your support.

I really don't recommend using "passion" or "you excited me" in any professional context.

. . . I really don't recommend using "passion" or "you excited me" in any professional context.
No, never use "passion" or "excited" in a business letter! Likewise, don't use "reach out."

I would not call people by their first names in an official letter.

Please note that we don't send to somebody. We send something to somebody.

I've corrected that in all of the OP's posts on this topic. He/She doesn't seem to have noticed.
