"It is good mannerism to reply for a message " . Is this sentence right or wrong? if so, then why ?

a mannerism is a way that unconsciously express yourself- its a physical action so you merely want the word manner (way) for this sentence.
Depending on what exactly you want to express- One option is.
You replied to the message in a good manner.

Welcome to the board, Natarajan.

I wonder if you mean 'It is good manners to reply to a message'.

It is neither right nor wrong. It is sarcastic since the meanings of mannerism all have the negative connotation
It's obviously wrong. Replying to a message is not a mannerism.
Also, 'mannerism' doesn't always have negative connotations. Some mannerisms can be attractive, or at least inoffensive and easily accommodated.

It is neither right nor wrong.

As Raymott said, it is certainly wrong.

You would be well advised, vgv8, to refrain from making definitive statements such as that when you are neither a native speaker nor a teacher.

that I am non-native non-teacher is written in each my post in the right-top corner.

The rightness or wrongness of sarcasm is subjective and dependable on context.

My statement was not definitive (I do not waste my time discussing or defining banalities anв profanities) but my point of view and I have not pretended that it was anything else.

I am not going to refuse from my pov.
