Can you help me to understand what "don't get it twisted" and "flip-floppity" mean? I tried to find an answer in the internet, but I didn't find anything good.

Sorry, I didn't see you answered. Also I asked about "flip-floppity". The internet doesn't give me anything as well.

"Flip-floppity" was a humorous attempt to make a modifier of the verb "flip-flop". In politics that means to change one's position on an issue or issues. "Don't get it twisted" means "Don't distort it".
