Supposing that I want to ask some particular thing to someone, and if the person knows language I'm saying, maybe I would ask to him or her, "What do you say takoyaki(food name) in English?". Does it sound natural to native speaker?
If not, should I use 'How' instead of 'What'?

Thank you in advance.

"What do you call...?" is better.

"How do you say ______ in English (please)?" usually works for me.

Greetings,
