2:50. Does Tom Hiddleston say in LA, meaning Los Angeles. If that's the case, does he say kind of adding "a"between in and L.A. (ina) L.A.)?
 
He simply says at a restaurant, LA. I don't hear anything like ina there.
 
it takes place at a restaurant in L.A.

The in is contracted, but it's there.
