Does a message get through or go through? If both are possible, do they mean the same thing? If not, when should I use each of them? Would you please give me some examples?

Thank you.

If you send a message by email or snail mail, it normally just arrives.

How are you conveying your message?

through the internet, by e-mail, etc.

If an online forum is having technical problems and I'm unable to post, may I say that my message isn't going through?

Thank you

For an email, they're both possible. I'd use "go through" from the sender's end and "get through" if I'm looking at it from the receiver's end.

I'm trying to send Paul an email but I having trouble getting it to go through.
I tried to send Paul an email last night but this morning he told me it didn't get through.
