I saw some people use "Do you like riding a bike?". However I didn't see "Do you like playing a football". Can anybody explain it to me, please?

It's because when you're talking about sport, we use "play + sport".

I play football.
He plays tennis.
They play basketball.

"Riding a bike" is not a sport, nor does it involve the word "play". "Cycling" is a sport. If you used that, then "Do you like cycling?" would be correct.

Thanks a lot ems. "Riding a bike" is not a sport. If we say "Do you like riding a bike?", doe it mean that we use it as a mode of transport?

Thanks Piscean. Is it natural to say "Do you like kicking a football?"

I think it is possible to say 'playing with a football', where 'football' refers to an object rather than a sport.
