Do you like it much?

"Do you like it much"? The example is mine. Is it correct to put "much as written in questions?
 
"How much do like it?" would make more sense to me. (See below.)

Abe: Do you like it?
Bob: Yes, I do.
Abe: How much do you like it?
Bob: I like it a lot.
 
"Do you like it much"?

The example is mine. Is it correct to put use "much" as written in questions as I used it in my question?
It's not natural for me. I'd say "Do you like it a lot?" This would work after someone has already said they liked it. For example:

Helen: Do you like my dress?
Sarah: I do.
Helen: OK, but do you like it a lot?
Sarah: Hmmm, I wouldn't say that. I like it but I think the last one you showed me was nicer.
