Hi,

Do you like fruit/vegetable? If I use the plural form of these two words, it will be wrong, right?

We say "Do you like fruits and vegetables?" or "Do you like fruit and veg?" In BrE, "fruit and veg" is a very common collocation and it's almost taken to be one food group.

You can say either "Do you like fruit?" or "Do you like fruits"? But you can only say "Do you like vegetables?" The collocation "fruit and veg" is not common in AmE.
