Do you like eating Sandwich?

Neither is correct. Everyone knows that a sandwich is a food so there's no need for "eating". It's a countable noun so it needs to be in the plural. It should not be capitalised. They got it wrong.

Do you like sandwiches?

When you capitalize Sandwich, it's a person's last name. That would be cannibalism.

It's also the name of towns in England and the US. Eating Sandwich reminds me of two old American jokes:

What's the world's most difficult medical procedure? Lansing, Michigan.

What's the world's most difficult engineering feat? Flushing, Queens.
