This man scammed my father to the tune of just under $500,000 selling fake gold shares over a 2 year period. Is the accent Dutch, Swedish or some other. I'm struggling.

Yes, it appears to be Dutch but mixed with something else. I'd love someone to give me a country, plus region. Thanks a lot for your response.
