Is it correct to say "Do you have difficulty seeing?"
Please check my sentences.
 
I suggest you change it to: "Do you have difficulty in seeing (things)?"

Note: personal opinion and Sunshine_duo is not a teacher.

Perhaps:

How is your vision? Is it back to normal yet?

(Presumably you wouldn't be telling the person he has just had an eye operation.)

Definitely. You can even say things like "What do you have difficulty seeing?" or "When do you have difficulty seeing bats?"
