Do we have scheduled conference call with Jane today?
Have we scheduled conference call with Jane today?
What is the difference in meaning of above sentences? And which is more common in daily use?

***** NOT A TEACHER *****

Here in the United States of America, I believe that most people would ask: "Do we have a scheduled call with Jane today?"

Compare: Do you have a car? / Have you a car? (I believe that most Americans prefer the "do" version.)

I am not a teacher.

I assumed the sentences were supposed to have different meanings.

My corrections would have been:

Do we have a scheduled conference call with Jane today?
Have we scheduled a conference call with Jane today?

If they are meant to be the same, I agree with James.

In my opinion there is no difference in meaning. And I agree with TheParser as to which is more common in AmE.

I think Americans would more likely say "Did we schedule a conference call with Jane today?"
