[Grammar] Do these sentences express the same meaning?

on the
neighbor's grass
watching
our dog
victoriously finishing his business.

2.
I watched our dog
victoriously finishing his business, sitting on the neighbor's grass. or sitting on the neighbor's grass, i watched our dog victoriously finishing his business.

Do these sentences above express the same meaning? can i use any one sentence among these for the same meaning? i am confused. please explain grammatically.Thank you.

Please remember that the personal pronoun "I" is always capitalized, that you need a capital letter to start a new sentence, and that there should be a space after a punctuation mark.

The second sentence in #2 has the same meaning as #1. The first sentence in #1 suggests the DOG (not you) was sitting on the grass.
