(Let's ignore the sense.)

Work and pleasure does not match.
Work and pleasure do not match.

I mean, there are 2 words which don't match, but I'm not sure anyway...

Which one is more common? I don't know which is more common, but "do not match" is correct. They do not match.

Neither is common, at least in my world. Work and pleasure do not mix is more common. "Match" would be used for such things as clothes, colors, etc., e.g., "The color on the wall and the color on the ceiling do not match."

But perhaps that is not what you are asking....

Ignoring the sense, the first sentence is wrong. (Subject-verb non-agreement).
You can say:
Your purse and shoes don't match. or
Your purse doesn't match your shoes. or
Your shoes don't match your purse.
