Do adverbs end with -ally 'always' pronounced as -ly only ?

I just wonder that all the words, adverbs, that ended with -ally always speak only -ly in everyday conversations ? For example, basically- pronounced basicly, typically-typicly, and so on. Can I make it as a rule of thumb that I can always drop the sound of -al in every word that ended with -ally ?

Or it's just the drop of sound -al when you speak really fast like a native one. I mean, in fact, I should say clearly with -ally ?

The answer to your first line is 'No!' You can't always change "ally" to "ly" in speech.
For example you can't change 'generally' to 'generly'. It might be true for words ending in 'ically', which are the only examples you've given.
