difference between 'Seal of the University' and 'University seal'

What is the difference between 'Seal of the University' and 'University seal'?

As long as they refer to the same seal and the same university, none that I can see.

There is no context here, but they appear to be correct. The first one might need a definite article before Seal.

I think "Seal" should be capitalized in #2. Other than that 1 and 2 are correct. If you are labeling the document, I don't think you need the word "Official".
