Can anybody tell me the main difference [STRIKE]b/w[/STRIKE] between "Labours" [STRIKE]OR[/STRIKE] and "Labourers"? Please explain it to me. [STRIKE] please[/STRIKE]:)

"Labours" is the plural form of the noun "labour" meaning "work" and it is the third person singular of the verb "to labour", meaning "to work [hard]".
"Labourers" are the people who do the work, usually people doing manual work like construction.

It's the same construction as getting the word "teacher" from the word "to teach".

Remember to use a capital letter at the beginning of sentences.
