Father: You think you'll get some good presents for your birthday?
Daughter: I already know what Mom and Jake are giving me. A new bike.
Father: (to Jake) Did you tell her?/Have you told her?
Son/Jake: No, she saw it. It's out in the garage.

Are 'Did you tell her?' and 'Have you told her?' both correct and natural here? Thanks.

"Did you tell her?" is the more natural of the two. "Have you told her?" is grammatically correct but it isn't what we would say in that context.

Say:

Are both correct and natural here?

Also, as has already been pointed out, because something is grammatically correct that doesn't make it natural speech. What's natural speech? It's what a person would be expected to say in the given context. (When a person says one thing one kind of response is expected. When a person says something else a different kind of response is expected.)
