Hi,

I may not make you understand well but I'll try my best.

A: Did you go to the hotel today?
B: Yes, my friends and I did.
A: Did you all pay the bill? Did you all share the money?

I want to know more sentences like underlined sentences. If those are not correct, please suggest some.

Most people go to a hotel to stay overnight. It's unusual to go to a hotel for the day. Did you mean that you went to eat at a restaurant which is located inside a hotel? If it's a food bill, you would ask "Did you split the bill?" if you want to know if all the diners paid an equal share of the bill.

How about using Who paid?

Thank you.

Are my sentences correct?
Did you all pay the bill?
Did you all share the money?

Did you split the money? (I think this is what I was looking for.)
Is "Did you all pay an equal share of the money for the dinner" correct?

Remember to be specific about the fact that the people in question had been to a restaurant then, not to a hotel (even if the restaurant is in a hotel).

I think what you are looking for is (as emsr2d2 indicated):

Did you split the bill?

You might also want to say:

Did everybody pay his fair share?

or

Did everybody pay their fair share?

:)

I will not make a mistake next time.

Hotel is a place where you rent a room. You can also eat.
Restaurant is a place where you go to have lunch or dinner.

This is something new I've learnt today. In my country, we often call them "hotels". So we always say in our language something like "Let's go to the hotel to eat something." Next time I'll say "Let's go to the restaurant to eat something."
