This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

Finally, it has been raining this week! The temperature has cooled down a bit. I don't need to keep drinking water and am not in a drowsy status. Sometimes, I really think about immigrating to a cold country. If I could live in a cold country, I could walk on the street longer. My favourite exercise is walking.
 
Use "finally" this way. (See below.)

We finally got some rain.

Or:..

Finally we got some rain.

Or:

Finally the rain came.

Or:

Rain! Finally!

Don't stop drinking water. It's good for you.

I guess you mean you're thinking about moving to a colder country.

I guess you mean you're not drowsy anymore.
 
"Finally" does not go with the present perfect continuous tense. Finally something happened - it is a one-off thing, and not continuous.

You emigrate to another country. People from other countries immigrate (come) to your country.
