Hi,

1. Despite my liking cricket, my favourite game is football.
2. Despite me liking cricket, my favourite game is football.

Which is right please?

Both are commonly used.

Personally I prefer "my", but "me" is also fine.
 
vpkannan, please be aware that native speakers would be more likely to say

'I like cricket, but my favourite game is football'.
 
Also note that you don't have to use "me" or "my" in your first example.

Despite liking cricket, ...
