deliver something to someplace

Is the phrase the pattern of "Vt + DO + to + IO"?

Is "to someplace" as an adverb ?

Thanks.

Punctuated properly, it's a sentence. However, it's not a sentence anybody would use. It's more of a pattern.

'Someplace' is not an indirect object. It's the prepositional object of 'to'.
